FALLEN ANGEL

Posted on: 2nd May, 2011 : 14:03:10 GMT
Photo: Star DriveIt has been far too long for news of Cthulhu Rising, but here it is...

I have dusted off Fallen Angel, the sixth instalment in the Spaced Marines campaign, and am now actively working on getting it ready to play with my gaming group in the very near future. I am up next in the GMing roster, and have promised them this adventure. This means it will also be ready very soon for download. I have to apologise again for this disappearing into what can only be described as 'production hell'. The group I ran most of the Spaced Marines campaign for lost a couple of key members, and as such the impetus to write the next installment was lost. That said, it is high time we got back to Paragon to find out what happens next for our depleted marine force.

Fallen Angel is the second part of a two part story arc titled 'Market Forces' (with Tenants of Hell being part one). Although it is part of my Spaced Marines campaign, it is intended to work as a stand-alone mini-campaign.

That's it for now. More news when I have it. Thanks again for all the support, I really appreciate it. :-)

I have several Mythos designs in the pipeline, which I will post more information about here once they are ready.

THE GANYMEDE JOB

Posted on: 21st September, 2010 : 11:40:47 GMT
Photo: The Ganymede JobI'll be running The Ganymede Job at Furnace next month.

The Ganymede Job is a prequel to Escape Velocity, and was originally featured as an adventure seed in the Chaosium Monograph Jovian Nightmares.
Adventure Synopsis:

The Ganymede Job
A Cthulhu Rising adventure for 3-6 players
You prefer to call yourselves freelance specialists. Others prefer to call you corporate mercenaries, but what's in a name? Besides, the pay is good, and as the man once said: It's a dirty job but someone's got to do it.

On face value it looked like a juicy contract: infiltrate a corporate lab on Ganymede and steal an item of interest to your employers. A simple piece of corporate espionage. You go in, you grab the goods, and you get out.

You thought all you had to fear was getting caught. You were wrong. Very wrong...

Thanks for all the continued support. If you're going to be at Furnace, be sure to come say hello.
